Match Report – WHAT A MATCH!!!!! I was so proud of you all – we played fantastically as a team and really pulled it out against a top side. I can’t say I wasn’t disappointed with losing but I think we played the best I have seen us play and it showed in the score line. Devon were very worried – especially in the third leg when we annihilated them 8 – 3!! All the practice and coaching from the Boys is paying off finally – let’s keep this up for the next match please and thank the boys again for their help. I’d like to welcome Lucy back to the side (you were missed Lucy – good to have you back) also hello to Claire and Cara, welcome to the side. I’m sure you’ll fit right in!

Lady of the Match – There were some great performances, so many of us with 2 from 4 or 1 from 2 to mention (which I like!) I would like to mention Lucy who won her last game after 3 hard losses (you played well Luce!). Jennie was just showing off again – 3 from 4 - some lovely games from the Bear! Merran played extremely well with a brilliant 3 from 4 also but my Lady of the match is Hayley who achieved a fab 3 from 4 and really took out some tough games. Really proud of the way you handled yourself in that match Hayley (just one tiny wobble!) As we all know, if you lose a game then pick your head up and carry on supporting your team – we all need each other to win :0)

Next Match – Come on then girls, it’s Cornwall…. If we play as well as we did against Devon then we will have our first win on our hands.. I know we can do it. I need you all to turn up as a couple of the team are on holiday so please let me know as soon as you receive this letter whether you can make it. We always have a top time at Cornwall, they are a great team to banter with so let’s top the day off and take the win home.. come on!!
